Businesses, school districts, churches, civic groups, community organizations, and more, with a minimum of 25 people in Houston and the surrounding areas can now schedule a free mobile vaccination service event from Custom Care Pharmacy.
The service event can be requested by filling out our online form below.
Custom Care Pharmacy is providing free vaccinations to the following:
– Ages 5-11 Pfizer
– Adolescents and Adults 12 and older: Pfizer, Moderna, and Janssen
– 1st, 2nd & Booster doses
– Flu shot
– Shingles, Shinglex shot
– Pneumonia shot
